This is small application that launches cmd.exe
with aero glass as background
or an alpha opacity set to the value you specify

Just copy as admin to your %systemroot%\System32 directory and then can run (Win+R) writing its name (cmda.exe)
or rename it to whatever name you like.

Important: don't get rid of old cmd.exe, since this program needs it.

Parameters (optional):
-a : enables alpha opacity instead of aero glass
0-255 : sets the opacity value
0 = invisible,
200: translucent,
255: solid

e.g:
cmda.exe -a 200
